bossed is a specialist employment relations agency. Our team of experts provide nationwide advice and representation to both employees and employers dealing with workplace issues, disputes and grievances.
Whether you just need basic advice over the phone or an advocate at mediation, bossed is here to help.
Step 1: Consultation
Complete one of our online forms or give us a call on 0800 BOSSED (267 733). We'll discuss your situation and work out how we can help.
Step 2: Settlement Talks
We'll contact your employer on your behalf and discuss options to resolve your workplace problem. This might include attending a disciplinary meeting, negotiating an exit agreement or negotiating a settlement.
Step 3: Mediation
If we are unable to reach a settlement with the employer, a request for mediation will be lodged with Mediation Services.
Step 4: ERA
If we are unable to reach a settlement during mediation, or the employer refuses to attend mediation, the next step in the process is to lodge with the Employment Relations Authority.
